Scott Hisey, a founder of QualTek LLC, serves as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Scott has more than three decades of experience leading and organically growing telecommunications service companies. Prior to founding QualTek, he was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Philadelphia based Trident Advisors, a firm specializing in US and international acquisitions targeting the telecommunications industry.  Earlier in his career, Scott ascended the ranks from field technician to President and Chief Operating Officer in the cable and satellite communications industries. Scott enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1983 where he served for 5 years before receiving his Honorable Discharge in 1988 as a Disabled Veteran.

Michael serves as Chief Financial Officer and has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, advisory services, consulting, management, and operational finance. Michael began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he spent six years in the Middle Market Advisory Services group. Michael has been with QualTek since 2012, having previously served as Vice President of Operations Finance for NX Utilities, Executive Vice President of Finance for QualTek, as well as Chief Financial Officer of QualTek prior to its public offering. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Kutztown University, MBA from Drexel University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mike contributes more than two decades of progressive IT, Marketing, and Operations experience to QualTek and is the primary visionary for technological development. He is respected as an expert in telecom information systems, implementation, business process re-engineering, strategic planning, marketing, and project management. Prior to joining QualTek, Mike was Vice President of Information Technology at UniTek Global Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern University.

Paul brings to QualTek more than 30 years of experience in corporate, transactional, and tax law, holding licenses in Pennsylvania, New York, and California. Formerly, he operated a firm he founded in Beverly Hills. Paul began his law career with a nationally renowned New York City firm. His interest in corporate law was developed during his years as a certified public accountant with a predecessor of KPMG. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from S.U.N.Y. at Albany, a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and an L.L.M. from New York University.

Eric, a dynamic and visionary leader with over 25 years of telecom industry experience, has served as President of Wireless, for QualTek since December of 2022, focusing on QualTek’ s wireless operations and client strategies across the central United States. Previously, he served as CEO for Vertical Limit from February 2002 until March 2019, when Vertical Limit was acquired by QualTek. His responsibilities as CEO of Vertical Limit included the oversight of all business strategy and operations matters. Eric has actively served on the Board of Governors for National Wireless Safety Alliance since 2018.

Tom brings to QualTek three decades of experience in Industrial Sales and Marketing with a niche in disaster recovery and expertise in P&L and R&D. He is a well-rounded, aggressive leader with a broad background and reputation for successfully managing B2B transactions and outperforming standards in the industries in which he’s worked. Tom is adept at forming strategic alliances to fuel growth. He created H&N Holdings LLC to benefit Recovery Logistics (RLI) and Site Resources (SRI), which merged under QualTek Recovery Logistics, and which Tom continues to lead. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade & Business and Economics from Niels Brock’s Handelsakademi, Copenhagen, Denmark.
